OMG!  That is so very cool!  Great job and I would never have thought to use an eye pencil.  I love coloured mascaras but hate buying them and not using them more than a couple of times.

That is a useful little tip! My thought was, this would work for crazy colored eyebrows for custume design as well! Thanks for the tutorial!
