Sonia Kashuk has a tiny brush that's similar to the MAC 219. It has a white handle. I couldn't find it on the Target website, but I found mine at my local store.

Trish McEvoy brushes are fantastic quality and will last you many, many years if you take care of them properly. (I've had some of mine for nearly 15 years!!!)

Sonia K has some good ones. But stay away from the white handled angled brush.
