If you have dry skin I suggest a simple cleanser like Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser and a thick moisturizer like Cetaphil's Daily Advance Ultra Hydrating Lotion. I recommend Cetaphil a lot because it doesn't irritate even sensitive skin.
Here are some makeup recommendations to get started:
e.l.f Mineral Infused Face Primer (this will help your makeup stay put) Apply this after you use your lotion all over your face except the eye area.
Maybelline Fit Concealer (this will hide your dark circles) Apply undereyes and blend in
e.l.f. Mineral Eye Shadow Primer (This will help your eyeshadow stay put) Apply on your lids and blend in.
Revlon Colorstay Foundation. Apply this all over your face except the eye area and blend in.
e.l.f. Candid Coral Blush (this color looks good on almost anyone, dupe for NARS Orgasm) Apply to your cheeks
Wet n Wild Color Icon Collection Color Icon Eyeshadow Collection Comfort Zone (Warm neutral palette that looks good on most people) Apply to your eyes
Cover Girl Lash Blast Mascara. Apply to your lashes.
Revlon Lipstick, pick a color you like that isn't too light or dark. Apply to your lips.
All of these products are available at Target or online.
