I did once pull over and apply nailpolish, then drive off using the driving time for my nails to dry.

 
I do. I know it's bad, but I only apply things I can do by feel and I don't even glance in the mirror until my car is stopped. I'll dust on powder (or apply with a sponge, but I don't look in the mirror at all and only one hand is ever occupied holding anything makeup-related. I put on eyeshadow too, but I use the same brush for everything and I do it by the way it feels only. I check at a stoplight and don't do anything tricky, ever. If the makeup's in my bag, I won't dig it out while driving, either. But I know it's bad. I just never wake up early enough to finish even a limited m/u routine before I have to leave for work.
