Not so bad today:

  • Breakfast: Strawberry yogurt, croissant & glass of water
  • Snack: I cheated & bought some onion rings from Burger King b/c I was jonesing them
  • Lunch: Broiled chicken breast w/sauteed mushrooms, steamed asparagus & a diet coke.
I had fun and tried a new recipe for dinner tonight!

Breakfast: Pop-Tarts, fruit juice

Lunch: Stir fry with beef, green beans, mushrooms, and a sesame sauce; white rice; veggie eggroll; fresh melon and strawberries; water (Can you tell I'm addicted to my cafeteria's Asian food counter?

Dinner: Spinach and feta cheese stuffed chicken, spinach cooked in olive oil and garlic (yes it was the leftover spinach from the chicken filling
), mashed potatoes, water

Oops I just realized I haven't had any milk today yet ... bad me! Maybe I will just have ice cream later to get my calcium serving

  • Breakfast: Trader Joes Almond/vanilla granola cereal with nonfat milk
  • Lunch: Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwich and Perrier
  • Not sure yet!!

Boston's Cheese Pizza


Buca di beppo: Penne Cardinale and Garlic Bread with Mozzarella.

Ok mine was good at the start of the day but got worse by dinner time!

Breakfast: Porridge & a cup of coffee

Lunch: Chicken on wholemeal brown bread with fat free relish dressing & a coffee

Dinner: 2 slices of Pizza & 2 Duck Spring Rolls. We had to make our own dinner so i went straight to the freezer for the bad food!

Breakfast - whole wheat toast with jam, 1 cup tea, 1 orange

That's not bad considering most of what you ate was very healthy! At least you are getting your 5-a-day fruits and veggies, I know that I don't most of the time!
