I found this natural sleep aid. Actually learned about it in biochem =)

Its Called " Melatonin". You can buy it at a vitamin store or even a natural store. Melatonin is actually the chemical that you release when you are about to go to sleep and the lights are off. WHen you turn off the lights, your brain says release melatonin and by taking this pill it will increase the melatonin levels making you feel sleepy. Does not leave headaches in the morning like ambien. Can take it no matter how much sleep you can or will get, even 3 hours!. It is not habit forming. Also, it helps restore a pattern of sleep. YOu can take it for a few days and just stop, or how ever you would like!

 
I take 3 mg. each night to help me sleep. I've found that I do better if I take it before midnight otherwise I end up feeling jet lagged the next day. So if i'm out somewhere too late and don't take it in time, I just skip it.
