Need information please

I am new to this board, with only a few messages under my belt. Every day I find new forums and before I get myself in trouble, I'd like to know if ..... products on this swap forum can be purchased. I believe I've read all the policies and disclaimers, but I can't seem to find any info on swap "purchases." Is this a no-no or something that one can do? Thank you.

It really just depends on the swapper, some are ok with people just buying. You just have to ask the swapper
