I got inspired by SM's Electric Shock video, so I did a Neon shock make up tut

I thought I would put it there, as it does say in the little piece of paper that's in the box to not use on your eye area. 

I'm not sure what other colours you can't use for the eyes, as these are Body Pigments, but hot pink eyeshadow is a good substitute. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
