I have a few...

- Continue on this fantastic diet/way of life ive been following for the last 2 months, and drop another 17 lbs!

- Continue to love, cherish and be with the man i love

- Move out from home. Has.To.Happen.

- Learn more - it kinda feels like sometimes i dont know enough about things that i love, things that are important and things that im passionate about. Even if i just spend half an hour a night on wikipedia every night lol.

- Like myself more

Keeping my nails better groomed

Learn some new ways to style my boring hair

 
A thousand years ago, I tried to self actualization through Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, but in a really really basic way.

But the goal was to fulfill the basic hierarchy:

1. Physiological Needs: water, air, food, and sleep.

2. Security Needs: safety and security, i.e. steady employment, health insurance, safe neighborhoods, and shelter.

3. Social Needs: friends and family, social and community involvement.

4. Esteem Needs:self-esteem, personal worth, social recognition, and accomplishment.

5. Self-actualization!!!!: Self-actualizing people are self-aware, concerned with personal growth, less concerned with the opinions of others, and interested fulfilling their potential.

So basically, if you can meet the basic parts of life, it's easier to figure out who your true person is and how to make yourself truly happy in whatever it is you are meant to do with yourself.

So that's the goal this year... fulfill the hierarchy and see where i end up.

 
1. Get engaged

2. Give up caffeine once and for all

3. Get a job ASAP please wish me luck cuz I need it!

4. Be nicer and help out my mom more

5. Get rid of my anxiety/stress

 
- Don't OVERthink/ analyze everything

- be more social/ make friends easier

- be more relaxed and try not to stress too much or be anxious

- more sports, only to make/keep myself fit and toned

- don't think, what I think, other people think LOL

- actually do things, not only say things..

- ..

Lots of mental work this year for me

-Think before I speak

-Take better care of myself overall

-Don't take things so seriously
