Honestly, I'm more aware of the vain on her forehead than the leg...lol. It just looks like a case of bad lighting and bad angle shot. Her skirt is just bunched up and hiding parts of the leg. I've had some pics of my leg bigger than the other. Then again, my left calf is slightly bigger than the right one...lol, yea that sounds weird but just like everyone's boobs (one is usually slightly bigger than the other)
