peel off blue film om nail art image plates

hi everybody, can anybody please suggest the easy techniques to peel off blue film on nail art image plates.. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried a hair dryer to heat up the plastic so it comes off?

Try a pin and try to separate the plastic from the plate on an edge.  Once it separates slightly, you should be able to pull it off completely.
