Primer Question

I use to before I discovered L'Oreal Decrease primer. Honestly mineral priming powder doesn't do much for my eyeshadows. My lids are hooded and very oily. Nothing has worked except the L'Oreal Decrease.

Using Madmineral eye primer is working very good for me and it lasts so very long at not much of a price.

Mineral powders not so much the same but foiling with water or visine is not comparable for me with anything for lasting power.
