Anyone take probiotics? In what form? Pills, yogurts, kefirs?
I'd started making water kefir and taking it every day. Its only been a few weeks and I was wondering if anyone else takes probiotics and if they have noticed any changes?
I take probiotic and acidophilus pills every day and most morning have a cup of yougart. It keeps things in check and balanced, especially down below. I know if I slack off or miss a couple days like when I recently went on vacation I can tell a difference. I will start to get a little itch or two down there.
