problems with Dinair airbrush ??

Hi, I am experiencing a lot of problems with my orders from Dinair.  I contacted Dinair for help but no one responds.

Has anyone else had similar issues?

Nope but it has been the holidays so there maybe a delay in them replying. They'll be at IMATS in three weeks so if you're going there you might want to ask them then.

Its not just a delay -  they are completely ignoring all communication.  They wont assist via chat & no one ever calls back or emails back. Its not just a holidays issue unfortunately. 

Maybe showing up at my local IMATS would be a good idea..... I can put on display the airbrush kit that doesnt work & its worthless warranty and show everyone, coz Dinair doesnt seem interested.

When I had an issue with an order took about week to get any sort of response. I wasn't expecting such a slow response at all, but it happens.

I would just keep trying till you get a hold of someone.
