QOTD 2.12.13 - What's your favorite piece of art?

I've always loved the painting "Nighthawks" by Edward Hopper (1942). I was lucky to see it in-person frequently when I was going to school in Chicago as it is housed at the Art Institute there. While it's not the most beautiful piece of art I've ever seen, the mood it exudes really speaks to me. It also brings me fond memories of living in the city so I feel a bit nostalgic when I see it /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Hmmm I have to pick one eh? I collect things with wings, especially fairies, angels, sprites, dragons, etc. I would have to say I love the fairy artists the best. The two below are among my favorites and are both from Nene Thomas who is an amazing artist. I also really love Amy Brown, Jasmine Beckett Smith, Nikki Burnette, Ericka Baque and Molly Harrison.
