QOTD July 30, 2012: Do you have any bad habits?

I tend to pick my lip (middle of my upper lip), have done this for many years now. I also peel my finger and toe nails. What kind of quirks do you have?

I bite my nails and peel of my nail polish a lot, which ruins my manicures. And I smoke - I know, I'm trying to quit. :/
