Redness & Dry around Nose

Hey, Its really red and dry around my nose, i used a cream with 0.05% Steroids in it.. i think its that. Anyway it clears it right up! But every time I stop using it for a few days it starts to come back with loads of little pimples. Is there any cream out there i can get that dosen't have steroids in it but still has the same effect.

MelodySusie I would recommend that you try Garnier Moisture Rescue;I think that it's steroid free.
