Has anyone emailed Karen and not get any response at all? Almost a month ago, I ordered 2 of the organic lippies which were grainy and then I read on her blog that she reformulated them to be smoother and creamier and that she would give those that received grainy ones credit for the new reformulated ones. So I emailed her twice over 3 weeks ago and yet she didn't respond at all. I read that she has great CS so I'm kinda disappointed that my emails have been totally ignored. Now I really just want to purchase the new lippies but I'm hesitant because of the non responsive CS. All I want to know is that my email has been acknowledged, whether she would honour the credit or not doesn't even matter to me anymore, good CS means a lot more. I've purchased stuff from at least 10-15 MMU companies and this is the first time that I emailed one of them and not get any response.
