Hello all,
It seems that no matter what I try, my skin always has dry patches especially noticeable on my cheeks when I apply makeup. I exfoliate twice a week, and I've tried switching products. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Products I use for skin care:
Clinique 3 step for dry skin with acne solutions.
(This includes a moisturizer)
Makeup application:
I prime my skin with Benefits Porefessional.
I apply dots of Revlon Color Stay (110) in normal/dry and blend that out with a real Techniques sponge (3 in 1)
I skip concealer usually because that makes me even drier.
I then go over my foundation with Mac Mineralize Skinfinish (light plus) which is where my skin starts looking very dry.
I contour with Mac's matte bronze
Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills
Eyes: prime with Mac Soft Ochre and any shadow (using Naked 3 palette right now)
I can't seem to find the problem and I hate the look of my skin. I have tried taking photos by my camera isn't showing it well enough. Any solutions or advice to help the look of my dry, patchy skin?
