*sob* I can't sign on to mac!!!

I haven't been ebay to sign in to mac or ebay. it's says the connection has been refused!! any one has ever had this problem and what should I do?

I managed to sign in, but they never send me any e-mails. so I signed in again but I still never get anything from MAC.

I just tried signing on to MAC and Ebay and was successful.
