great news, we also have a no returns policy on used cosmetics here in the UK, but we are allowed to sell used on ebay.co.uk. However i bought some clinique foundation the other day and asked if i could get a return or exchange if it didn't suit me and she said yes as long as you have the receipt and original packaging so it's off back to clinique for me because i have just broke out for the first time ever in my 31 years after using their foundation.
