Of course it is!  Didn't you know that makeup is SERIOUS BUSINESS, lol?  Nah, this is a really pretty glittery red, which is one of the hardest eyesafe colors for me to find. 

Medusa, as in the line sold at Hot Topic?  If so, I haven't had much luck with them.  I've always found them to be poor quality with the added benefit of staining the heck out of my eyelids.
