sunbed noob help

Hey everyone im just asking for some advice ive just got a sunbed and i havent used them a few times in the past but i want to start using it again,

Im pale like  nc15 but i do tan when we do get some sun over here.

anyways ive got a sunbed but just wondering what creams could i use as theres so many out there i wondered which would be best and which work and any other advice would be great
