First of all I know the dangers. Every forum I've looked at it full of people saying don't use them. There bad. I know. But what I want to know is how to use them properly. How long do I go on for. And how many times a week I have a double lay down sunbed not going to tanning salons It's got a 30 min timer but I'm not gonna use it for 30 min I tan in the sun. I don't burn unless I've been out without sunscreen and do take breaks when sunning outside I'm not a huge sun tan person but I do get a light tan outside and have one at the min but want to maintain it and go abit darker
