Have you checked your TLB accounts recently? From the time that expired issue started, I never stepped in to complain or whatsoever. I neither unsubbed nor requested anything from them but my acct was suspended. Why?

I think Birchbox and Sample Society and Ipsy need to hold a seminar at which they teach these "companies" the appropriate way to handle customer service.

Right: Acknowledging mistakes and accepting responsibility, offering refunds if you send out defective products, taking steps to regain customer's trust.

Wrong: Cancelling (or even attacking, in the case of RCB and Posh Pod) anyone with a concern or question, ignoring customers, requiring customer to remain subscribed in order to get any sort of solution, and flat out dishonesty.

Hmmm...mine is still active....maybe because it doesn't start till the 15th? so mine could be suspended soon? odd....

I would still try to sub to them and called the number in their website. The CS rep lady is nice and she was even surprised why the acct was suspended. She cant even explain why. I'll keep tab on this subscription. Seems like their system is not fully functional:

She told me she'll make sure I will be billed tomorrow as my billing date is 6th -- but this info on my acct is not matched. Arggh.

IDK. I'll just deal with it later:

wow, the fact that they would do that just shows that they're trying to make a quick buck off of a subscription service. i mean they have their own store with makeup products but they aren't even carrying any of these things.
