Start by drinking at least 8 glasses a day. What I do is, whenever I take a drink it's water. I try to make a conscious effort to always have a bottle of water with me and I just sip it every now and then throughout the day. I probably drink at least a half a gallon a day and it's really helped me to improve the condition of my facial skin which is very dry.
Water does everything, it moves toxins out of your body it helps you to loose weight, it keeps your hair in good condition. Water does it all.
