What @@biancardi said. They ship every three months based on your subscription date -- if you're lucky. Don't hold your breath, though. They have infuriated me to the point that I will never buy anything from them again.

I wish other perfume houses would do something like this! There i something in the Mugler base that doesn't mix well with my skin chemistry, so I can't wear any of his fragrances, but if Amouage, or Parfums DelRae, or L'Artisan, or Caron offered a subscription, I'd be all the heck over it!
