whats the difference between illuminating moisturiser and tinted moisturiser??

Illuminating would have light reflecting particles in it to create a "luminous" glow whereas tinted is a touch of foundation or "color" in the moisturizer. Most moisturizers you can add some of your favorite foundation and get a similar effect.
