i've got to tell you that lazy and toned aren't even in the same vocabulary! you must commit to working out at least 3 days per week for at least 30 minutes to see any results, and impressive results will require at least 5 days a week! lunges and stairs will do the trick to tone your legs. that along with cardio and you should see results in a couple of weeks. good luck!
