Hmm, I would have thought this was a Pip outfit, not a Tori outfit.

Does bad fashion count when it's a concept for an album with different characters?

Though, it makes her look a lot bigger than she is. Tori is absolutely teeny.

I said the same earlier. A few weeks ago I saw pics of her at a signing in this outfit, so I know for a fact it wasn't a "Tori" outfit as opposed to one of her characters.
