Tonight my little sister is going to a birthday party tonight where they have to dress up as celebrities, and I enthusiastically volunteered to do her and her friends' makeup! My sister is going as Fergie, and her friend is Vanessa Ann Hudgens (it's so adorable!!! lol). I got permission to go all out on this, so what should I do for their makeup? My sister is tan, dirty blond hair and green eyes (lucky girl!) and her friend is paler with very VERY dark brown-black hair, with brown eyes. Thanks in advance!
