Ok so I absolutely adore this place and I am very passionate about working here. I've been wanting to work for Sephora for some time now and I really want to become knowledgeable about the company and how things work before I apply so I look better (Its always good to know about the company you're applying for) in the interview. I know a bit about some of the different brands they carry being that most of them are in my kit. I have nothing but retail experience so I know I'm good on that aspect.
I would like to know how the hiring process goes? Is there a monthly sales goal for each employee or just a monthly store goal? Can I really grow with the company? What question do they ask in the interview? and lastly I want to know as Much about the company as possible so could someone give me some insight. Thanks in advance
