What are some of your purchase regrets? makeup or otherwise

I bought Bare Minerals' moisturizer because the beauty adviser said that if I mixed it with the matte powder it would create a liquid foundation consistency. It does, but my skin needs much more coverage than the matte powder + moisturizer provides. My skin also broke out after a few days of using it. I wish my skin wasn't so sensitive.

I bought 4 different nude nail polishes until I finally got the one I set out to buy in the first place (Essie Topless and Barefoot), now I have the 4 other bottles that I won't use, what a waste
