Hi Ladies, lets talk about skin care.The main point of a regular skin care routine is that it will keep the outer layer of the skin evenly lubricated and moisturized and protected from the environment all the time. A good skin care routine when followed faithfully will:

1. stimulate the circulation.

2. speed-up the sloughing-off process of the dead cells.

Both of these will assist in keeping the skin fresh and young-looking.

In addition to taking care of your skin:

* Fresh air and exercise also stimulated the circulation.

* Good diet provides the vitamins and minerals that the body and skin need.

* Adequate sleep (You know instinctively what is right for you) rests and regenerates.

And, as most now know, research has shown that both alcohol and cigarette smoking are aging. (You only have to look at yourself in the mirror the 'morning after' a heavy night out to take this point)
