For Mascara i would recommend Benefit's Bad Gal. http://www.benefitcosmetics.com/product/view/badgal-lash-mascara
Its more of a dry mascara, i cant use Wet mascara either :/ I always curl my lashes, and so if i put a wet mascara over top the lashes go stick straight.
but a cheaper alternative would be Covergirl's LashBlast Volume Waterproof Mascara http://www.covergirl.com/eye-makeup/mascara/lashblast-volume-waterproofmascara
as for your shadow it seems like you have pretty good quality shadow and the only thing you really need is a primer. Urban Decays Primer Potion is really good also ELF's Mineral Primer is Also very comparable and also more inexpensive.
