What is your signature dish?

I can cook quite a few things like lasgna, spicey chicken pasta and stuff but my favourite is the most simple. Steak pasties; chopped up steak and thick gravy as the filling and then I roll out the puff pastry and put the filling in the center of one side, fold over and brush with water. yum

I make really good turtle cookies and chicken strips.

I don't have a signature dish - yet. But my hubby loves my roast chicken, my lasagne is fantastic, even i have to admit that although it takes ages to do because of everything is fresh in it and prepared with precision.

My soups are nice as well - butternut squash is my new fav.

But let's face it. I know the best how to order in a restaurant!
