What make up look should I go for, for my 21st birthday lunch?

So it's my 21st in three weeks and I am having a celebratory lunch with family. I am wearing a  pink diamante t shirt with a wool mini skirt which is silvery pink. I am not sure whether to wear blue smokey eye or red lips. What do you think will suit me best and what I am wearing?! Or both smokey eye and red lips? Thanks for your help!

Hi doll! I think this thread would be better suited in the makeup talk section. A blue smokey eye would look amazing with pink.
