Whats the best way to achieve the Mary Kate Olsen look?

I really like the style of both the Olsen twin's hair..

But its hard to get my hair to go naturally like that

If I leave my hair to dry naturally it goes horrible and greasy looking, I have put in side plaits to try achieve it but it still doesn't look the same

Any help guys would be greatly appreciated
