Where is the affordable matte lipstick?

I have been searching high and low for an inexpensive (under $20, would love to find something more around $10), berry red matte lipstick that I don't have to order online.

NYX has a matte line, but not the colors I'm looking for.

Revlon has a super limited selection of matte colors, and I've been having a hard time finding the ones they do offer in stores.

ELF has a few colors, but yet again, not really in the colors I want.

Are there any brands I'm missing?

Crisis averted- Found Revlon's Wine Not at the freaking grocery store. Who knew the grocery store would have a better selection than Ulta??

Would still love to hear other options, if there are any!

I know, my GE store has a ton of MU and never see it out of stock.

Definitely try Wet N Wild! MAC has some really nice matte lipsticks, they are $15 though

Cosign on wet n wild. They have improved their quality while keeping prices low. CVS often has sales on this brand a lot with their card. I have an awesome nude matte lippie called barely there.
