Oh no, I really do not like this unfeminine high-waisted fashion that is going on at the moment, they both wear the dress the way it's suppose to, so it fulfills it's shape covering purpose... ugh, not much to say about it, I am just sick of seeing beautiful women in dresses that have the waist start at the breastline, it's so discouraging.

It's a toughie but I'd go with Kelly (girl needs major sun time) cuz it looks more flattering on her and I like the belt. For Miley, I like her shoes.

Im gonna go with Kelly. Miley puts a 1950's style dress and hippy style necklace together which looks kinda weird. I am willing to bet there was no stylist involved with that outfit.

I love every single part of Kelly's dress. I dont usually like that style of dress, but she makes it look amazing.
