Whos your favorite Dressed STAR?

I can't really say that I like one celebritys style.
There are times when I'll see a celebrity like Sienna Miller at a premier and think she has gorgeous style and then I'll see another picture of her and I hate what she's wearing.
The only people who I can say I like almost all of their style are Anne Hathaway and Rachel Bilson.
I also like Kelly Osbourne because of her originality but I prefer her look when she's dressed down.

Kim Kardashian and Rihanna have great style sense for the most part. I love how Rihanna isn't afraid of color and trying something new. And Kim is so versatile in her outfits, whether its a wiggle dress or a pair of trousers and a blouse... she's pretty much on point.
