Makeup for Hooded and Small Eyes

I have the same problem, I go through all the work to apply eyeshadow only for it to be invisible when I open my eyes /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> My filipino friends say I have "asian" eyes and that I should apply my crease color higher up so that its obvious I have color on , they also told me to be careful wearing eyeliner as it could make my eyes appear smaller.

Eyeliner on the lower part of you eye will make your eyes look smaller.  This applies to all smaller size eyes.  I have a slightly hooded eyes. I only line my upper lid.

I feel like my eyes look bigger, if I put eyeliner on my lower lash line too.

I would totally agree I have tried and it does work makes my eyes look normal and not big or wide
