Pretty often. My fiance likes me best without makeup so if we're not going out to dinner or with friends, I often don't wear any. It also depends if I'm wearing my glasses or contacts. I tend to prefer to wear makeup when I have my contacts in. I guess it's because you can actually see my eyes.
Just about every day lol. I don't really go out much. Every now and then I'll do a look just for fun though.
