If you love pot pie..This blows it away..You can add& subtract ingredients to suit you but this is how I do it: 1lb chopped cooked chicken thighs 1/2 onion chopped few cloves minced garlic 1 can of cream of chicken soup 3-4med.peeled and diced carrots 2 stalks chopped celery 1 container fresh sliced mushrooms 1cup sour cream 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 tsps butter 6 frozen buttermilk biscuits thawed Preheat oven to 350..Heat butter in a saute pan till melted add oinions& garlic..Sweat till slightly tender then add carrots,celery,mushrooms..Continue to saute till tender then removed from heat..In a seperate bowl combine chicken soup,sour cream & milk..In your casserole dish combine soup mixture,cooked chicken & sauted veggies..Top with the shredded cheddar then top with the 6 thawed biscuits..Bake for 20 mins or till biscuits are golden brown.Then put on some sweat pants 'cause you won't be able to stop eating..Soooo yummy
