total inspiration. this is such an awesome thread because our goals & situation are so similar. i started at 209, my goal is 125. i started working out 6 days a week on jan. 18 and now just a little over 3 weeks later, i'm down 10 lbs. (not in the 200s anymore!). i'm using my lose it app on my phone to help me with logging everything i eat and exercise i do down.
i have a long way to go but this thread has made my motivation go way up & i have plenty already. thanks so much for filling us in on your progress!
