If you are obsessed with orange as much as I am then you're probably aware that the Pantone Color of the Year for 2012 is Tangerine Tango. It practically EVERYWHERE! Last night I saw that Pantone collaborated with Sephora to release a makeup set based on it and literally ran out to Sephora this morning to check it out. Even though the new Sephora website said it was available, when I walked in this morning and it wasn't out! They said they weren't officially rolling it out until Tuesday the 27th and no one knew if they could sell it to me or not yet. The manager came out and said YES, if you want it I will sell it!
Super cute right?! The set retails for $68 and comes with 1 eyeliner, 1 eyeshadow quad, 1 prisma chrome blush, 1 blush duo, 1 creme lipstick, and 1 lip gloss.
This eyeliner comes in a plastic barrel and twists up at the bottom. A sharpener is also included in the bottom of the pencil.

Packaging is very similar to the Inglot palettes except this is all plastic and therefore doesn't weight as much.

I had high hopes for this eyeshadow quad, but I kind of had a feeling that since it was a Sephora shadow that it would not perform well. This was the best I could do with swatches. I'll give it a try on my eye lid with some UDPP and see how it goes but I'm pretty sure this is not a keeper.
This is the Prisma Chrome Blush in Apricot Brandy. Cute packaging with a mirror inside.

I think this is suppose to be a highlight and will be interesting to see how it actually looks on the cheeks. After the photo I rubbed it and it's practically gone. It has a lot of microfine glitter which for me at 38 may not work for me.
Here is the blush duo in Coral and Desert Flower. Same packaging as the eyeshadow quad.

Here is the Creme Lipstick. I love the packing on this! The top is magnetic!

I liked the way this feels on my lips so far and the color works well on my half asian yellow toned skin. When I wiped the swatches off my arm it didn't leave any stain marks.
And lastly the lip gloss.
With flash. The patch on the left is the lip gloss on it's own, and the patch on the right is the lip gloss over the lip stick.

So there you have it! I haven't tried it all on my face yet so I don't think I can give a straight forward review of it all just yet. Unfortunately I do think the eyeshadow quad is a bust for me. I have similar colors from Inglot that I think I can use and are so much more pigmented that I will go great with the eyeliner which I loved so far.
