Tonight I had fried tofu and veggies. Not that healthy but it tasted good!

I love letting something cook all day when it's cold out.......right now I've fired up the Hemi and have a ham in there, which will include smashed potatoes, gravy, mac. & cheese, green beans, and rolls.....I think my azz just got bigger just from typing that. lol.....

I made Creamy Crusted Parmesan Chicken with a cream sauce ... We also had brown rice and asparagus.

I made Fat free chocolate pudding in little glasses w/ pudding, bananas, more pudding, and then cool whip on the top.. Yummy
