I'm in love with the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Too Cool! It's my favorite primer right now. It's not a matte, opaque white, it's a sheer iridescent white that goes on super smoothly and blends like a dream. I found I like it better than UDPP. My powder eyeshadows stick to it and it doesn't crease on me at all (but my lids oily). I also love this for multiple purposes. It's a great brow and cheek highlighter as well. And for around $6, it's pretty affordable and easy to find in stores.
