Who has the better rewards program? Ulta or Sephora?

After Ulta let my points expire (even though I was in before that and no one said anything!!) I started shopping at Sephora and reached rouge in just a few months because they carry so many brands that I love. No more Ulta for me.

I'm a sucker for Ulta's $3.50 off $10.00 coupons. Used one tonight, bought four or five polishes that were on sale.
