Birchbox Man: October 2012 Boxes

They haven't even fixed my BF's busted box. And now they want to charge me for next month? I don't think so! This is ridiculous! I received the box on the 10th and getting charged already is just so dumb. I think were done for now.

Got a phone call from them.  It WAS supposed to ship...and they are crediting our account 200 points.  And they're sending the box...so hopefully we'll get it before November's ships. 

Still, so frustrating.  We'll have to see how it goes in the following months.  After this, I'm still not too sure.
